Some people will have a preference when it comes to having either a sauna or a steam room but both of them have attributes that will make them enjoyable. Types of Sauna Steam Room
There are two different types of sauna and that is a dry and a wet one. If the sauna is created with the use of hot rocks the temperature will rise to around 200° and will have a low humidity normally somewhere in the region of 10%. A dry sauna makes it easier for the body to deal with the heat produced as the sweat leaves the surface of the skin very quickly and this is because there is very little humidity. When the sauna is wet the humidity can go as high as 20%.

- Generated Saunas – here there will be a generator used to produce the steam
- Combination – you can have a sauna, steam bath and shower all in the one cubicle.

When the water is put on the rocks it is possible to put fragrances in it. This will mean that the fragrance will circulate around the sauna steam room and leave the whole area smelling nice.
